, funny, right on!
No doubt! Cats know how to use their litter boxes and (by and large) cannot be trained (maybe ENCOURAGED to scratch on a post, rather than the couch). LOL!
You’re right Betsy!
ONly in the waning months of a very troubled marriage did I have a cat, Enrique Miguel el Gato Samuel. But he definitely ruled! Knocking pencils off the bedside stand onto my head to awaken me early int the morning, and threatening to destroy a neat pile of tax-related documents if I was insufficiently attentive. (Didn’t do any of this to my spouse. ). Yes, there was not denying Enrique.
Yes Dale, a cup holding pens and pencils seems to attract my cat too, he walks all over us at night as we sleep, and throws up on the rug quite regularly. But we love him!
Another beautiful kitty picture!
Yes, my beautiful cat!

Ah Richard, I think we’ll never have any answers – cats are inscrutable!
You said in 6 words what one could write all day about and not say any better, Dana! Every time I look at my cats now, I just throw up my hands and say, “Whateverrrr!”
Yep, they are inscrutable and wonderful!
